City of Zadar is the administrative, economic and cultural centre of Zadar County, with about 75,000 inhabitants. Three thousand years of turbulent history have left its mark on the cultural heritage of the city. However, some traditions haven't changed - today sailors sail the sea just like Liburni did in the 4th century BC. On the peninsula, one should take a walk on the Roman streets surrounded by medieval walls, all the way to the new waterfront. The music will lead you to the world famous Marine Organs (Morske orgulje) and the magic of modern Sun Salute (Pozdrav suncu) monument. Maybe you
